Effective Date: September 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern cleaning services provided by Cleanahome LLC (“Cleanahome,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking, scheduling, or continuing with cleaning services provided by Cleanahome, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
1. BOOKING SERVICES
A cleaning appointment is considered booked when Cleanahome and the Client agree on the service, date, and applicable pricing.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the Client and may be adjusted if conditions at the property differ materially from the information provided.
2. SERVICES AND SCOPE
Cleanahome provides residential cleaning services according to the service selected and the applicable scope communicated to the Client.
Services may include:
Deep Cleaning
Move-In Cleaning
Move-Out Cleaning
Recurring Cleaning
Cleaning services are intended for normal residential conditions. The scope of a service may vary depending on the condition, size, layout, and circumstances of the property.
3. INITIAL DEEP CLEANING REQUIREMENT
Recurring or maintenance cleaning services must begin with a Deep Cleaning unless Cleanahome determines that a Deep Cleaning is not necessary based on the property’s prior service history and condition.
Cleanahome may require an additional Deep Cleaning before recurring services resume if more than two months have passed since Cleanahome last cleaned the property.
A Deep Cleaning may also be recommended after a longer gap between services to help return the property to an appropriate maintenance condition.
4. PRICING AND QUOTES
Prices are based on the information provided by the Client and the expected scope of work.
A quote may change if the actual condition or circumstances of the property differ substantially from the information used to prepare the quote.
Additional services requested by the Client may result in additional charges.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days.
5. RECURRING SERVICES
Recurring services may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, or monthly, depending on availability and the arrangement agreed upon with the Client.
Recurring services are intended to maintain a home after the required initial Deep Cleaning.
Recurring appointments do not automatically include additional services outside the agreed scope.
6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
A $35 cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply when less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.
As a courtesy, Cleanahome may waive the fee for a Client’s first same-day cancellation.
After that courtesy has been used, a same-day cancellation or no-show may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Cleanahome may make exceptions at its discretion based on the circumstances.
7. LOCKOUT OR INACCESSIBLE PROPERTY
The Client is responsible for ensuring Cleanahome can access the property at the scheduled appointment time.
If Cleanahome arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property because the Client has not provided access, is unavailable, or the property is otherwise inaccessible, a lockout fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.
Cleanahome may waive the fee based on the circumstances.
8. ARRIVAL TIMES
Scheduled arrival times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival times.
Traffic, weather, previous appointments, access issues, or other circumstances may affect arrival time.
Cleanahome will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the expected timeframe and communicate significant delays when reasonably possible.
9. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
The Client is responsible for providing Cleanahome with appropriate access to the property at the scheduled time.
Access may be provided through a key, access code, lockbox, door, or another arrangement agreed upon in advance.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that any access information provided is accurate and functional.
10. WATER AND ELECTRICITY
The Client is responsible for providing reasonable access to working water and electricity necessary to perform the cleaning service.
If water or electricity is unavailable and the service cannot reasonably be completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and applicable cancellation or lockout charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
11. PARKING
The Client is responsible for providing safe and legal parking when applicable.
If parking fees or permits are required to provide the service, those costs may be charged to the Client when agreed upon in advance.
12. PETS
Cleanahome is pet-friendly.
Pet-related fees may apply as follows:
1 pet: $25
2 pets: $45
Each additional pet: $10
The Client should inform Cleanahome about pets before the service begins.
The Client is responsible for informing Cleanahome of any known pet-related concerns or conditions that may affect the safety of the service.
13. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for:
Providing accurate information when requesting a quote or booking services
Providing access to the property
Providing working water and electricity
Informing Cleanahome of known hazards or unsafe conditions
Informing Cleanahome of fragile, valuable, or sentimental items requiring special care
Informing Cleanahome of pets and relevant pet-related conditions
Maintaining a reasonably safe working environment
14. CLUTTER AND PERSONAL ITEMS
Clients are encouraged to remove or organize personal belongings and clutter before the cleaning appointment.
Cleanahome may clean around items that cannot reasonably be moved.
Light items may be moved when reasonably necessary to clean an area.
Cleanahome does not move heavy furniture, large appliances, or other items that may create a risk of injury or property damage.
15. FRAGILE, VALUABLE, OR SENTIMENTAL ITEMS
Clients should identify fragile, valuable, antique, irreplaceable, or sentimental items that require special handling before the service begins.
Cleanahome may decline to handle an item when appropriate care cannot reasonably be provided without creating a risk of damage.
16. CLEANING PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES
Cleanahome provides and uses its own cleaning products and supplies unless otherwise agreed.
Clients should inform Cleanahome before the service if there are specific product restrictions, allergies, sensitivities, or surfaces requiring special consideration.
Cleanahome may decline to use a product or method when it reasonably believes doing so could damage a surface or create a safety concern.
17. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Services outside the agreed scope may be available upon request and may involve additional charges.
Additional work will generally be discussed with the Client before the additional service is performed when reasonably possible.
18. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Cleanahome does not provide:
Exterior cleaning
Window cleaning
High-ladder work
Biohazard cleaning
Cleanahome may decline any task that it reasonably determines presents an unsafe condition or requires specialized equipment, training, or services outside its normal cleaning operations.
19. SAFETY AND RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Cleanahome may refuse or stop a service if conditions present a reasonable safety concern for the Client, Cleanahome, or others.
This may include dangerous conditions, hazardous materials, aggressive animals, unsafe access, or other circumstances that cannot reasonably be addressed within the normal scope of cleaning services.
When reasonably possible, Cleanahome will communicate the reason for stopping or declining the service.
20. CHILDREN AND OTHER OCCUPANTS
The Client is responsible for ensuring that occupants of the property, including children and other individuals present during the service, are kept away from areas or situations where cleaning activities may create a safety concern.
Cleanahome is not responsible for supervising children or other occupants.
21. WEATHER AND UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS
Cleanahome may reschedule or modify a service when severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, power outages, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control make it unsafe or impractical to provide the service.
Cleanahome will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes as soon as possible.
22. DAMAGE
Cleanahome will exercise reasonable care while providing cleaning services.
If a Client believes damage occurred during a cleaning service, the Client should notify Cleanahome as soon as reasonably possible so the matter can be reviewed.
Cleanahome may request photographs or other information to help evaluate a reported issue.
23. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
Cleanahome is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, weakened or defective materials, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or conditions that were not reasonably apparent before or during the cleaning service.
This may include surfaces, fixtures, appliances, furniture, or other items that are already damaged, deteriorated, improperly installed, or unusually fragile.
24. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Cleanahome wants Clients to be satisfied with their cleaning service.
If a Client is not satisfied with an aspect of the completed cleaning, the Client should contact Cleanahome within 24 hours of the service.
When appropriate, Cleanahome will work with the Client to address the concern and may return to re-clean the affected area.
Cleanahome’s satisfaction policy is intended to provide an opportunity to correct service-related concerns and does not automatically provide a cash refund.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to in writing, payments for completed cleaning services are non-refundable.
25. PAYMENT AND LATE PAYMENTS
Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated by Cleanahome.
Payments should be made to Cleanahome LLC.
If a payment remains unpaid for more than three days after it becomes due, a $15 late fee may apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Cleanahome may pause or decline future services when an outstanding balance remains unpaid.
26. RECURRING APPOINTMENT SKIPS
Clients may request to skip or reschedule a recurring appointment.
Advance notice is requested whenever possible.
Repeated skipped appointments or extended gaps may result in Cleanahome requiring an additional Deep Cleaning before recurring services resume.
27. GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Cleanahome LLC maintains general liability insurance for its business operations.
Proof of insurance may be provided upon reasonable request.
28. LIABILITY AND PERSONAL INJURY
Cleanahome will exercise reasonable care while providing cleaning services.
The Client is responsible for providing a safe working environment and informing Cleanahome of any known hazards, unsafe conditions, or special circumstances before the service begins.
Cleanahome is not responsible for damage or injury caused by pre-existing conditions, unsafe conditions, defective or weakened items, improper installation, or circumstances outside Cleanahome’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, release, or limit any rights, claims, liability, or remedies that cannot legally be waived, released, or limited under applicable law.

30. PHOTOS AND SERVICE DOCUMENTATION

Cleanahome will not intentionally use identifiable Client property photographs for public marketing without appropriate permission.

Marketing communications, including promotions, discounts, and special offers, will be sent only where appropriate consent is obtained when required by applicable law.
Clients may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
Message and data rates may apply to text messages depending on the Client’s mobile service provider.
A Client may request that Cleanahome stop sending service-related text messages; however, doing so may affect Cleanahome’s ability to provide timely appointment and service updates.
32. PRIVACY
Cleanahome may collect and use information provided by the Client as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including scheduling, booking, payment processing, communication, service delivery, customer service, and related business operations.
Cleanahome may use third-party service providers to support business operations, including scheduling, payment processing, communications, and other services.
Cleanahome will handle Client information in accordance with applicable law and its applicable privacy practices.
Cleanahome’s Privacy Policy provides additional information about how Cleanahome collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information and how Clients may exercise applicable privacy rights.
The Privacy Policy is available on Cleanahome’s website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any privacy rights or protections provided to the Client under applicable law.
33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
